Jeffersonian bible

What about those Korean chuches infiltrated by Red Leftists in Korea?
How about those Nuns and Monks out in the front line for the demonstrations
against their own fatherland all the time in the name of Religion?
Are they really religious men & women, or took churches & temples for their hiding shelter?

Thank you, Dr. Ohn and Dr. Bang, for your usual cogent comments and observations.
Although I am proud of being one of Catholics, baptized and confirmed,
I realize the churches are loaded with intractable issues like any other institutions
reflecting flaws and weaknesses of humans who are running those institutions.
We Catholics need saints such as Mother Teresa or St. Francis over the centuries in order not to get lost
in our spiritual journey by following literally and blindly what the church teaches us and tells us.

believe this professor describes accurately what's happening
in the majority of Protestant churches in Korea, and perhaps here as well.
no surprise to me.
Along the same vein, whenever one sees mega size churches, one wonders
if it is really necessary to build that mega church to spread the words of Jesus Christ.
When St. Francis of Assisi died, his last request was not to build the church of his name.
Of course, his desciples ignored him and built such a mega church that they put the church,
where he was worshipping, in the hall of the new huge church, where now millions of tourists
are visiting.
One extreme way(which God may agree with) I see is that all the man made memorials,
buildings, churches, pyramids, the Great Walls may well be nothing but useless eyesores
to the beautiful planet Earth, HIS creation.
I don't believe they impress HIM. Certainly they have impressed kings, queens, popes, and ordinary people
for sure. I personally don't get impressed by looking at those man made massive structures of any kind.
More than likely I feel sorry for those men and women who wasted their lives building those structures.
I certainly approve building canal, dam, other buildings or anything else for the true benefit for
the mass and for the survival of man in this universe.
