Anil Seth

Einstein said what he and humans have discovered is perhaps less than one thousandth of
what has not been discovered about this universe.
It's been said the universe of the human brain is much bigger than Einstein's universe
in its complexity and the extent and boundaries of its mystery,( possibly being equal to
the mysterious universe we were born into).
When I said our brain is bigger than the universe we see, I was also referring to a book,
"Against An Infinite Horizon" subtitled "The Finger of God In Our Everyday Lives"
by Ronald Rolheiser who stated that we humans live with infinite spirits in a finite situation,
which is the underlying cause for their never-ending restlessness.
Dr. Shin,
I am only a student, and please don't expect any satisfactory answer from me.
The last thing I want to do is to give you an impression that I know something you don't.
We can only explore things together on the subject we are interested in.
Thank you again for asking the pertinent question, which I answered as honestly as I could.

Rene Descartes said, “I think, therefore I am.” The brain are becoming “I” as
new knowledge of the brain enlightens us. The mind, consciousness, unconsciusness
are probably a function of the brain; consequences of neurophysiological phenomena.
The lecture by Professor Anil Seth in number 7 is fascinating.
Indeed our brain is bigger than the sky and can accommodate all the galaxies and the universe.
Someone said our mind or brain is infinite, and the planet earth is too small and confined,
and this is the reason why humans are restless
no matter what they try to do with their limited life spans.
