Go! Korean boys!
Who said golf is easy game?
Let's learn from Korean girls who have been dominating the world
over a decade with no signs of any country catching up.
The golfing world has been thoroughly humbled along with Korean boys by them, indeed.
Right now the LPGA Tournament in Singapore is lead by 박인비 and 박히영.
My wife and I are going to watch tonight.
As for me, I had a golf outing yesterday with 3 high school classmates after a year and half not seeing.
Although all of us, aged 81 and 82, were slow, we all managed to finish 18 holes
with lousy scores. I began to score at the beginning but gradually as games deteriorated,
it was impossible for me to keep accurate scores so I stopped recording, None of my three friends
seemed to care anyway. We made a few pars, but the rest was disaster. Who cares?
We had a good exercise, which made all of us happy and proud.
7 years of mini tour player, Michael Visacki's dream playing PGA tour
came down to one 20 ft putt which if he makes, would qualify him
to play Valspar PGA tournament which starts tomorrow.
He made it and cried like a baby when he was talking to his father,
who broke down and cried also. This is what 7 years' agony and defeat and
perseverance will do to a young man.
This was to qualify him for just one PGA tournament, no more.
wish him all the best.
His tee time is 9:07 AM. I will root for him.
What a moving story!
