Most of us know fish are an important part of a healthy diet. In general, you want to eat fish at least twice a week. But eating the wrong type of fish can cause serious damage to your health. This is because some fish are too high in mercury.

At my age, mercury poisoning may not be a big deal.
However, there's a good possibility that we may be able to live much longer than we used to think.
Then, this certainly could become an issue.
Living a longer life span has no meaning if we are not in good health.
I have learned a few things from the circular chart above.
In our home, we used to love "Orange Roughies" but, now, we may have to stay away.
Tunas and Chilean Basses have been also our favorites.
Well, I will have to think about them again. At least eat them less.
