This article demonstrates the controversy surrounding the question, 

"Is moderate drinking of alcohol good for you?"

First of all, all those expert scientists, all of whom have received

research money from alcohol industry in the past, are all saying that we do not

have a clear answer to the question so that they propose a prospective

trial by using $100 million of the alcohol industry money.

It doesn't seem that they will be able to give us the answer even after the proposed study.

In the meantime it seems prudent to be either a teetotaler or occasional drinker

rather than a moderate drinker who is known to have an increased risk of cardiac arrhythmia 

and breast cancer for woman and killing more brain cells.

After the Cholesterol, aspirin, and possibly alcohol fiascos by the so-called ivory tower medical researches,

I am getting somewhat tired and suspicious.

Whatever this particular study may show, it may not be something we can trust with open arms.

It seems that these researches are as good as Donald's mouth.
