287 million tons tops the charts
as the estimated weight of the adult human population,
15 million tons of which is due to
overweight(BMI between 25 and 30) and
3.5 million tons due to obesity(BMI greater than 30).
No surprise: North America has only 6% of the world population
but 34% of the world's biomass due to obesity.
