It would be interesting to see how the current investigation will end up.
State and city officials have noticeably tried to cover up their neglect.
The initial fault was the Flint River water supply to replace water from Detroit.
City officials used the old water treatment facility that is not maintained properly
for a long time and they knew it was not going to make the water
from the river clean enough to drink. Yet they decided to supply it for the
political reasons. Legionnaire's disease spread even before lead poisoning hit the national news.
I just could not believe this water crisis happened in Michigan in the center of the USA.
It did not happen just once but it went on for a while with nothing done about it.
This is much worse than what can happen in a boondock in a banana republic in Africa.
The stupidity of the people in Flint who kept drinking water is another remarkable thing.
We should get rid of Michigan out of the US unions.
Amazing !!
