I tell you again Donald is a textbook model case to show the brain maturation was arrested at the age of 3 to 5 years, which is compatible with the definition of 'idiot'. Indeed, there is a guideline for the assessment and Donald fits with the most of evidences listed to confirm his brain is equivalent to the age 3 - 5!!! Yale psychiatry group- 37? - also published their consensus to confirm his brain age at 3 - 5 years.

Soon after I got back home from Seoul in 2004 and resumed the work at USUHS (Uniformed Services Univ) including Walter Reed, I was happened to be dragged into such sensational dispute over one cardiac surgeon at Naval Medical Center as one and only mandatory outside peer to review the accusation as a psychopath and learned a lot about this personality issue related to immature brain status from idiot-imbecile-moron.
