I like Robert Shiller who has been a regular guest on CNBC.

I am biased in favor of him because his father and aunt were long-time patients of mine.

I met him at his aunt's funeral 10 years ago. His aunt gave me the book he published 

one year before she died. He won Nobel Prize one year after she died. She used to tell me 

how close they were. His father, who was an inventor and an engineer, had a patent GM stole 

and was fighting the GM until he ran out of money and gave it up.

In 2020, some analysts said that there is 40% chance of recession and 

it would not be a bad one like 2008. Recession in the election year

is a major threat for the incumbent president. 

Harry Truman observed, “You have to appeal to people’s best instincts, not 

their worst ones. You may win an election or so by doing the other, but it 

does a lot of harm to the country”. - Time magazine 

Trump already won the election by “appealing to people’s worst instinct”, and 

he is harming the country. He is getting ready to use the same for re-election.
