As I said before, I've become one of the fans of the LA Lakers since I moved here
2 years ago only because Lebron joined the Lakers 2 years ago.
As I predicted, they won the national championship last night.
I must say I enjoyed their ride to the championship thoroughly.
When you are talking about the miracles in life, Lebron's story has to be
one of the tops. Lebron was a product of casual sex between a criminal and
a 16-year-old girl. This criminal, Anthony McClellan, refused to have any fatherly
responsibility so that Lebron has never seen him. This guy apparently did the same thing
to other girls so that Lebron is said to have an unknown number of half-siblings.
The ensuing story is there all over on the internet so I don't want to say more other than saying
that Lebron is a good father, husband, and spokesman for social justice as well as being
a basketball player and doing something good for the poor black kids.
Last week he purchased Katherine Hepburn's home in Beverly Hills at 35 million dollars.
The story is indeed more impressive than that of Tiger Wood.
I must confess I'm still learning about his story, which is truly incredible.

Sometimes I wonder what decides a person's makeup; the way that person grew up or
the gene. It is really hard to tell. One thing for sure is not to stop nurturing a baby regardless of
baby's birth history. Every life is precious.

Here is another great MOTHER behind the great player.
Thanks for the information! Hahnjoong!
LeBron James is getting inches closer to MJ for the best basket player ever, I think.
4 Rings with 4 MVPs in finals are not enough to beat MJ, who had set Dynasty of 6 rings and 6 MVPs.
Who knows? Few more championships will do it for him in the future.
Congratulation to you and your Lakers! Remember good old 'Bad Boys Era' in Motown! KJ

(CNN)"The inaugural class of LeBron James' I Promise School in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, has received some amazing news.
All 193 students, who are high school juniors, will be receiving free tuition to Kent State University. The kids, who were visiting the Kent State campus, erupted in cheers when they were told of the news, while their parents, watching from a live feed in a separate room, burst into tears. Video of the announcement was released on Wednesday by the LeBron James Family Foundation." 2020
"James was born on December 30, 1984, in Akron, Ohio, to Gloria Marie James, who was 16 at the time of his birth. His father, Anthony McClelland, has an extensive criminal record and was not involved in his life. When James was growing up, life was often a struggle for the family, as they moved from apartment to apartment in the seedier neighborhoods of Akron while Gloria struggled to find steady work. Realizing that her son would be better off in a more stable family environment, Gloria allowed him to move in with the family of Frank Walker, a local youth football coach who introduced James to basketball when he was nine years old."
