At 9:40 PM EST, they are at 77% counted. The counts remain about the same.

The election-workers in Georgia must be very good.

At this speed, we may know the results before the morning.

No wonder, they are so good and expedient after so many trials already

during and after the presidential post-election counts !! ㅎ, ㅎ, ㅎ.

At 10:40 PM EST, at 88% counted, it looks like Republican candidates seem to be winning.

The democratic candidate will have a hard time to catch the opponents

unless there is an unusual last-minute-miracles. ㅉ, ㅉ, ㅉ.

With 97% counted, both parties are almost equal. No idea what's going to happen 

in the next 30 minutes.

I think the Democratic candidates should have won this election by a landslide margin.

But it's not happening like that.

Do you know why this is happening?

It's not because people love Trump or the Republican party,

But it is because American people do not want all three branches of the government

(Those are 1. White House, 2. House, 3. Senate) monopolized by one single party.

That's why they tried to get the Republican candidates to win today, so that, at lease,

the Senate is under control by the Republican Party.

Nobody said so but I saw this happening so often while I was living in America.

This is how the American people are... They are politically civilized and smart.

Remember Syngman Rhee used to get 98% of the vote in Korea? Wow, ㅎ, ㅎ, ㅎ.

Then, Koreans were very primitive people in politics. They create a dictator by doing that.

Now, you are looking at a very advanced democracy with democratically smart people.

If the Democrats were smart, they "never" should have said that they would take over

both House and Senate before the November election.

Actually, the Democrats probably did not say that. It was the media who blew the horn loudly.

When I heard that, I knew they can not make that happen.

This runoff election for the two senators is also a part of what I am saying above.

However, the Democrats were smart. They rigged the November election and defeated Trump.

How? I am sure you will hear about it after everything is all over.

Now, after 98% counted at midnight, Purdue (R) and Ossoff (D) are tied (almost equal)

white Warnock (D) is very slightly ahead of Loeffler (R). Will there be another recount??

It seems that the big-city-votings comes to get counted that favors Democrats.

I am going to bed not to lose my sleep for this stupidity.

My staying awake won't make any damn difference, whoever or whatever. 

We may not know the result until Friday  when absentee ballots from overseas

that is about 17,000 are counted. Warnock is leading and Ossoff is behind, but 50:50

at midnight ET.

At the last moment during the night, the metro Atlanta votes came up to be counted

and it changed the whole picture in favor of the Democrats.

The win by both Democratic candidates means just one thing...

How bad Trump has been !! The idiot has made so many mistakes and sickening illegal acts

for the last 4 years. Even Georgia's majority Republican constituents have decided against him.

If there has not been Trump in the WH, it could have been a landslide victory for the Republicans.

I hope everything goes well at today's electoral certification meeting. 

It is a historical victory by the blacks in the deep south and a welcome failure by the white supremacists.

The result will, directly and indirectly, help all Korean Americans and their offsprings as well.

Sorry about the stupid Koreans and white Latinos who favored Trump-led Republicans.

P.S. Just got back from the downtown hospital after I got the second dose of COVID vaccine

so that I could feel safer(?) to see 5 patients on Monday next week.

But in reality, the risk to bring the virus back home to my wife is the same as ever. That is the dilemma!

A few minutes after 4:00 PM EST. Ossoff (D) has won the election against Perdue (R).

The lead was widened from 0.4% to 0.6% in favor of Ossoff. The count is not finished yet.

Thus, Democrats get two additional seats in the Senate and get control of the Senate.

What a day, doc! I was indeed a bit skeptical through these days but I was really impressed with Stacey Abrams who made these two guys gotten elected. After all, she proved once again through her determination. No wonder she is a Yale Law graduate, shithead Tramp couldn't dare to go near!!!
