Dr.Bang's daughter,Michelle Bang won prestigous Chivas Regal Venture
contest and she will represent Hong Kong for final in LA.

The 2017 Chivas Regal’s The Venture Competition for social entrepreneurs, is open for submission
of entries. Each year since 2014, a $1million annual funding and global search to reward those

First of all, thank you, sunbaenimdeul, Dr. Hwang & Dr. Lee.

Frankly speaking, I was surprised to see my daughter, Michelle

on our site as much as I was surprised to hear from her by phone

on the day when she was chosen to represent Hong Kong for

the global contest in LA by The Chivas Regal Venture.

She married and mother of two, Elliot, 9 years old and Amber, 5.

She is a HBS(Harvard Business School) graduate and her husband

has been working for Morgan Stanley/ HK specializing in M&A.

Even though she's married, she keeps her last name as Bang.

I don't know why because I didn't ask her.

So many stories I can tell you about our life together

and why I call her as my Clone, but one story, if I recall,

I clearly remember the day when she won second place

when she was 6 years old at piano contest among young

kids at the Brooklyn Museum near the Brooklyn Botanical

Garden where I met Hwang sunbaenim.

She played Debussy's "Clair de Lune".

I bought her Steinway baby grand piano

for her memory in the future.

It was 35 years ago.

Her Russian piano teacher saw her talent in music and recommended

to go to music school, but as you see, she's living in the different world.
