Chatsworth is near LA. It is too far for me to see the exhibition.
2 million people went out to the street for the demonstration.
45,000 people arrested and 7500 people died. Newspapers throughout the world
reported favorably for the Korean people. It should teach Korean people
what it means being a independent nation. It should not be used to hate
Japanese people.

Don’t hate the current Japanese, but don’t forgive the old savage Japanese who had so cruelly massacred our ancestors in their peaceful demonstrations.
Consequently their cruelty triggered the heavenly punishments to destroy the entire Japan by the end of the Second World War.
Yesterday I found this story from the Dong A Ilbo and decided to introduce here
near the eve of March the first movement.
This moving story again took me to my old Hyewha Elementary School days around 1946 or so
when the second or third graders there were taken to Dong Do Theater at Don Am Dong by our teachers
to see the movies of An Joong-geun or Yoo Gwan-sun, and I still remember the girl students of our grade
cried loudly when our Gwan-sun sister was so crully tortured by the savage Japanese policemen.
I am so happy to hear that March 1, 2019 was designated to be the New York State Day to commemorate
our ancestors' noble anti-Japanese movement.
