I live in the Northern Virginia, suburban area of Washington DC, for almost 40 years
since I moved up from Richmond, VA to get my first job at Georgetown Univ after the training at Med Coll Va.
So I am pretty much familiar with various community affairs in this area although I had to be on and off
for 10 years away from home while I served to Samsung Medical center through the era of '90.
Indeed this homeless people issue brings me a mixed feeling all the time though most of them are known
to be self-inflicted consequences more or less!
Nevertheless, whenever I have a chance, I sheepishly give away a 5-dollar bill only to ease my guilt
but always wondering how much the society obliged to help these much benign losers in comparison
to a vicious cheater like m-fxxr Donald! I feel so sad to see two more losers on the street intersection
on way to the office in these days, hating more Idiot Donald to make only the rich richer with this new tax laws.

Where there is a will by the government and the society,
there appears to be a way for solving
what appears to be the intractable problem
with the homeless people on the street.
Hopefully, other countries including the USA learn
something useful from Finland and do something likewise.
