good to hear from you, Dr. Shin.
Although the majority eat light breakfast, they didn't comment in regard to
how beneficial that is, apparently, not as significantly as the heavy breakfast group.
When I try to get more information from the original article of JACC to answer your question,
they want me to pay $35, which I don't feel like doing.

Don't pay anything, please. I already got what they want to say. Thanks.

How are you , Sunbaenim!
I have access to pretty much any journals.

These are the diseases related to atherosclerosis:
Although the majority of men and women develop the symptomatic atherosclerosis in coronary arteries first, then
in noncoronary arteries such as carotid arteries as they get older, many others starts the clinically significant
atherosclerosis in noncoronary arteries such as carotid arteries, iliofemoral arteries, etc.
This article is saying that skipping breakfast will predispose people to noncoronary atherosclerosis.
Cardiologists always have been puzzled about why some people develop cad first and why some people develop
stroke first from carotid stenosis, etc. Now how skipping breakfast will lead to noncoronary atherosclerosis?
I have no idea, and they didn't propose any hypothesis, either.
