Let's pray !
Koreans everywhere,
brothers and sisters,
with the sudden passing of the dictator, Kim,
let's stop for a minute,
let's pray to God all together
that HE will cast a beam of light, a hope,
over the north, the DMZ, of our fatherland.

In the history of Korea
over thousands of years,
at no time so many innocent lives were wasted
in our God-given promised land of beauty.
We Koreans didn't know
what communism would bring.
Marx and Lenin didn't know it either for that matter.
Most of us were ignorant, uneducated,
and didn't have good leaders when
we were liberated from the Japanese occupation.
We were simple people but
hoplessly lost in the world stage
in the new chapter of our history.
Millions of Koreans had to die during the Korean War.
Millions of Koreans more have been dying in the north of our land
for no reason other than having perhaps
the worst dictatorship in the history of mankind.

Enough is enough !
Don't YOU think
we Koreans  have paid enough price
for our ignorance, mistakes and stupidities.
God help us !
God help us to wake up and to right our history.
God help us to let the feelings and determinations
of the righteousnes of all Koreans rise and rise
well above the Tower of Babel  to reach the heaven
where YOU resides.

Enough is enough !
How many more tens of thousands of people
have to die of starvation every day?
How many more tens of thousands of intelligent people
have to be wasted every day
because of what they believe is right?
How many tens of thousands of children
have to lose their smile and have to cry every day
because they are hungry?

Dear God,
Have mercy on us Koreans
suffering every day in the north of our motherland.
What else can we do, dear God, at this juncture, the moment,
when we are witnessing the passing of Kim Jong IL
for whom millions of Koreans, men, women and children,
lost their lives simply because of
his unquenchable personal ambitions for a few,
just as they did for his father, Kim Il Sung.
Now are we going to have to witness  the same atrocity
with his coming offspring, Kim Jong Un?
Do we have to let him do it for the third generation in a row?
Oh, God help us if there is any way to avoid it.

Let's pray hard, Koreans,
brothers and sisters,
just as Jesus did on his last night on earth.
Oh, let's pray to God very hard, Koreans,
brothers and sisters,
just as Jesus did until his sweats became blood,
dripping all over HIM.
Let's pray that
"Please spare us any more loss of innocent lives
in the north of our fatherland.
Please let our country men and women in the north
of our fatherland wake up and see HIS light
and find a path to freedom, justice and peace.
Please let them taste HIS love and
let their children smile again
as they have a right to
as HE created them as such."
