KwanHo,
Got back home finally, over the weekend, from a bit long trip to China and Korea but got cold on the last day of the trip so that I still cough like crazy - perhaps due to the air pollution ( Seoul is as bad as Beijing and worse than Shanghai ) -but tell you I enjoyed the Poems so much, you sent to me right on time I needed most.
Now learn through this website you will come by New York but leave for the Holidays in California. Since I haven't retrieved your personal email address from an old pool of communications during the trip yet so that I rush to write you through this open communication/website to find out when you plan to leave New York for California.
Because I come to New York to give a lecture to VEITH Symposium held on the week before Holidays and for this year I arrive Nov 20, Wednesday to attend the Board meeting first and leave NYC on Nov 23, Saturday.
By any chance, we can meet this time if our schedule should cross? Will pray!
BB
P.S. Sorry I had to use this open website since I have no access to my PC where I dumped all the previous emails including your email address you gave to me while I was on the road before I rushed to leave home to settle at my daughter's weekend retreat house at Bay for the recuperation.

Hi, BB. You certainly need a good rest at the retreat.
I will be leaving for LaGuardia at NYC tomorrow morning and plan to stay at the Big Apple for 2 weeks.
I plan to meet buddies including Ki Hyun Han, Hong Binn Lee, Young Sup Yoon and Jin Hong Kim
at their favorite Dong Bang Grill.
I certainly tell them you and I are having a fun time here at SNUMA NET and might encourage them to join us.
I might hold my writing until I return home on Dec 10th.
Have a great Thanksgiving.
If I'm not mistaken, your daughter is a Penn graduate. My son, Henry, is also a Penn graduate.
That's a great school!
I will talk to you again after the trip.
Regards.
Kwan Ho

Too bad we are narrowly crossing each other for this year, KwanHo!
Indeed, I do come to NYC every year on the week before the Thanksgiving holiday to deliver the lectures to VEITH symposium - I was lucky to have invited every year so far since I got back home to the States in 2004 and opened a new shop/vascular malformation center at Georgetown U changing the original plan at the Johns Hopkins - so that I infrequently stopped over at HongBinn at Fort Lee and he kindly arranged a nice reunion of the classmates living in vicinity over the dinner through years. But lately, I feel burdened my visit as self-invitation so that I stopped sending the notice though HB knows and come to visit us to midtown Hilton at 53rd where we have an annual meeting occasionally. But you are a different story and let's try next time if you would!
Have a good Holiday!
BB
P.S. how did you know my youngest one, Yoona Lee, is a U Penn graduate - I seldom talk about my personal affairs by KyungSangDo custom- ? Yes, she graduated with English major and got an additional education at London to become specialized in editing stuffs to work at the advertising company as the managing editor now but also continue to write and painting as an artist - she was selected as one of top ten some sort of contemporary graphic artists by Sotherby group in New York a few years ago- and had a few exhibition of her own. Sounds a bit corny to brag(?) about own kid!

My younger son, Jim, has been a Manhattanian(?) ever since his college graduation along with his twins born at Manhattan.
So my granddaughter claims to be one of three New Yorkers in the family including her dad born at Bronx, New York, and her twin brother.
We visit them two or three times a year whenever we get the flight tickets from Jim.
An older son, Henry, also a Penn graduate, lives at Newport Beach, CA, quite far away from Rochester, New York.
Our visit to him is less frequent due to the distance and long flight time. That's my situation with two sons.
Congratulations on your highly talented daughter, the Penn graduate. It's good to know about such a good offspring of my friends'.
I heard about your daughter being a Penn graduate some time ago and didn't forget about it since Penn means something unforgettable to me personally.
I will let you know about the trip after my return home.
Have a great time this Thanksgiving month.
Kwan Ho
We will be leaving tomorrow for a month-long trip.
Our first stop will be New York City for pre-Thanksgiving fun, where I will meet four classmates
at Dong Bang Grill, Fort Lee, New Jersey.
Next, we'll have a family reunion at Newport Beach, CA and Thanksgiving dinner.
I wish all of our members and their families a great Thanksgiving dinner and fun.
