I wasn't crazy on Joe Biden but had no other choices.
That's why each had a record number of votes.
The number of votes does not necessarily parallel to how good they were. Just my thought.
For an innocent voter like me, it's too much damn stress to pick one out of two idiots.
Gentlemen, Good luck next time!!

You've made a good point, WM.
I join you in your sentiment of all these political affairs.

In democratic society, people have the power. People are leading the leaders.
Leaders are led by people. Republican senators will not say "Trump lost"
before the recount and the investigation on the supposedly fraud election.
They know and fully understand that Trump lost on the fair election.
This is a huge problem of the democratic system when the people are misinformed.
For the time being China looks a lot better. Leaders are leading people. People
are following leaders. But people suffer if the leaders are corrupted.

Theoretically, people should have power in the democratic political system.
In reality, people don't always have power.
Generally, the ass kissers have the power.
You can see the exact phenomenon in the Trump regime, even in a country like the USA.
Even after having lost the election, Trump and his ass kissers still have the power.
I don't know how long they will have the power even after Trump is gone..
You see it in the broad daylight.
Here, the examples are; Mitch McConnell, Linsey Graham, and William Barr.
This article describes the stark reality we all Americans have to deal with,
and why we are so deeply divided, reminding me fearfully and hopelessly
of the animosity between Arabs and Israelis, between Korea and Japan, and so on
stretching generations. God Forbid! That kind of generational deep division
between the European whites and non-whites won't last generations to come,
I hope and pray,
thanks to more liberal and moderate white majority leading the way like Biden et al are trying now.
After reading this article, you can see where GOP leaders along with Trump like Mitch McConnell,
Ted Cruz et al are coming from.
