외교의 살아있는 전설 헨리 키신저가 아프가니스탄 사태에 말문을 열었다. 영국 주간지 이코노미스트가 24일(현지시간) 게재한 기고문을 통해서다. 기고문 제목은 ‘아프가니스탄에서 미국이 실패한 이유.’ 키신저는 미국의 베트남전 철수 결정에 핵심 역할을 했던 인물이라 울림이 더욱 크다.

라고 이해하면 된다. IS는 전세계의 이슬람 태러리스트들을 망라한 

국제적인 단체이다. 아프간이 혼란스러워야 자기들의 근거지를 

마련할 수 있다. 현 탈레반 정부도 이들을 규탄 했다. 틸레반은 사고 

발생지역이 미군 관할이라 자기들로서는 어쩔수 없다고 말하고 있다. 

탈레반은 북부 동맹, 하자라스 쉬아이 세력등 반탈레반 세력과 협상을 

하든가 무력으로 굴복시키든가 양자 택일을 해야 한다. 아프간 사람들

은 숨을 쉴 겨를이 없다. 불상한 사람들이다.
