Jill Taylor; My stroke of insight
Was there anybody who had the same experience as her? For example,
a woman who had a stroke on the left hemisphere had euphoria like hers?
Or it was just one episode of her case?

Dr. Taylor is a PhD in neuroanatomy with a keen interest in correlating anatomy with function.
She was in the sweet spot in doing just that when her left brain was knocked out for a long period
of time giving her plenty of chances correlating and confirming what the right brain was doing to her,
then later what the recovering left brain was doing.
Other people with the same medical problem could not possibly articulate the same way as she did
because they didn't have her background and life long interest prior to the event.
Other people with the same experience would be just simply confused.
The differences in function between the right and the left brain have been studied for many years,
and Dr. Taylor was well equipped with all the knowledge about it before she suffered the left cerebral hemorrhage
and knew what to look for and how to correlate the right and the left brain with what she was experiencing.

What an amazing observation no one but such neuroanatomist only can!
She certainly made such a unique assessment of the brain damage with no waste!
Wonder whether she is now fully back to the normal including her emotion?

If you click the YouTube Dr. Ohn put on above, you will see
she has recovered fully back to normal as she said she did
although it took her eight years. As a matter of fact, her presentation is
so dramatic, so emotionally high, so revealing and so insightful that
she looks to be someone who just experienced a major satori.
Her expressions and use of all the adjectives describing her experience
is most impressive.

Thanks, Dr. Lee, I almost missed such crucial second website/youtube you kindly reminded me of.
It was a fascinating presentation with full recovery though it took 8 years. It is a miracle of natural power!
Did she ever share more information on the bleeding site/location, especially on the ateriography, though I presume it is an aneurysm? She simply verified it as a golfball size in the left hemsiphere!
What an emotional presentation!
