How interesting, Dr. HJ! Bladder training! How about that!
But remember one old nasty joke for the elderly? "Never pass the toilet" to empty the bladder whenever we have a chance so that we could avoid unexpected disaster to wet the pants, we all know that!
So, to me, the 'bladder training' is a luxury to all the old folks and rather wish to learn how to train/control the 'urgency' NOT to wet the pants and further to empty the bladder as quick as possible like youngsters NOT to hold the waiting lines too long!!
All the best,
BB Lee
P.S. 'hold the waiting line behind too long' reminds me of one nasty joke/warning among the New Yorkers/commuters NOT to stand behind the old guy at the men's room when you get off from the Staton Island ferry during rush hour.

This reminds me of my medical school days.
It was then but, now, it won't be possible.

That's funny story!
can't help feeling sorry for that young man.
We all seniors, men or women, suffer from some degree of urination problem
so that it is good to know the basic physiology of bladder emptying, I believe.
