Freedom of speech is alive and well in South Korea as you see and hear.

정부, 대통령, 극성스런 국민들 전부 개판이다.

해방후에 만들어진 남한의 보수와 진보가 역사의 뒤안길로 사라지고 있다. 최순실-

박근혜가 전통적인 보수에게 치명적인 타격을 입혔다면 조국-정경심-문재인은 전통적인  

진보에 치명적인 상처를 입히고 있다. 해방후 미군정시기에 대거 등용된 친일인사들은 

남한의 보수 세력을 형성했다. 그들은 독립운동가-공산주의자라는 프레임으로 자기들의 

친일경력을 물타기하고 반공-친미를 내세워 국민의 지지를 얻었다. 그들은 박근혜 정부 

때 까지 반대파(진보)-빨갱이라는 프레임으로 정권을 유지했다. 진보는 보수의 친일 경력을 

공격하고 보수의 독재를 공략하여 민주주의의 투사임을 내세워 국민의 지지를 얻었다. 

그러나 진보가 해방후 초창기에는 사회주의-공산주의 경향이 실제로 있었으나 얼마지나지 않아서 

진짜 빨갱이는 극히 드물었다. 보수의 친일 경력은 과거의 경력이지 그렇다고 현재 일본을 위해서   

활동하는 인사는 거의 존재하지 않는다. 김영삼 정부 이후에는 독재는 사라졌다. 그저 이 두파 의 

주장은 국민을 속이는 프레임 씨우기에 불과한 것이었다. 남한의 정국이 매우 혼란 스러운 것 처럼 

보이나 결코 뒤로 가는 것은 아니다. 구미식의 진보와 보수가 만들어지는 과정이라고 생각한다. 

조국 법무부 장관이 오늘 사퇴했다. 다행이 여론을 무시하지 않았다. 

386 참모로 만들어진 인의 장막이 뚫린 모양이다. 그러나 조국 사태로 

인한 진보세력의 상처는 상당히 깊을 것이라고 생각한다.

At least, or at last, something may be going on according to the wish of some Korean people?

Kudos to the resigned 조국 법무부 장관.

In a confused society of South Korea, is there some hope? I do not know.

Is this happening a good thing for our future? I do not know.

Now, what happens to Moon? Is he the next? I don't want to guess.

Then, what will be the next in the Republic of South Korea? I do not know.

However, the show (the political drama) must go on "in our land of Oz."

Though I heard S. Korean economy is bad, the markets here are vibrant. 

I have been seeing S. Korean people are traveling more than ever and eating 

whatever they want. Every household has at least two cars in the city and 

rural areas. Everywhere I went is nice and clean. People are neatly dressed. 

Their outfits are not uniform. They seemed to dress with whatever they want. 

Everywhere I go is packed with people, but they are orderly. Most of all 

they understand the politics better than ever. The future of our mother land 

is bright. I have no doubt that these resilient people will make it out.

Korean people are highly educated people enjoying the most advanced IT in the world.

No dictator such as Kim or no cunning politician will ever succeed in fooling the people.

The genie is out, and indeed the people will choose their leaders by trial and error

as democracy is supposed to work as such.

I agree that, excluding me, Koreans are generally smart and straight people.

But somehow we never ran out of idiots in the political circuit. I know why.

When a smart guy gets a hazy eye on money, he turns into an idiot in no time.

I call this phenomenon as "Acquired Stupidity" with the etiology being "Monetary Greediness."

This is seldom curable but the jail term will get it somewhat under control.

Moon is a different story. How can he put 조 국 and 윤석열 into the same fishbowl

at the same time, so that one can eat the other? Anyway, thanks a lot for us to watch the killing.

The Moon's disease is known as "Congenital Stupidity" with the etiology being undetermined.

Anyway, the show must go on like the movie "Moulin Rouge".

The audiences need to be entertained regardless of what's going on behind the stage.

Because they all bought the tickets by paying taxes.

Of course, we, Korean Americans, get free tickets because our seats are across the ocean.

Especially, the members of SNUMA website get the first-class premium seats for free.

Now, I know what it is.  What's happening is PAF that you mentioned on the above webpage.

Those younger rigid strong heartbeats are being replaced by clumsy cowardly fluttering ones.

What can I say? Nobody to blame but to my gray hair.
