Thank you, WM, for your opinion.
It's been my life time attitude to leave politics
to others and not to let politics affect my thinking
and judgement if it's all possible no matter how naive
I may look and no matter how others
may differ from me or think of me.
So I have no interest in getting involved in any discussion of conspiracy or
scheme the Chinese government might have gotten involved in
as Donald Trump has been suggesting.
I'm only interested in any science driven evidence by qualified scientists
in the field of virology.

A peripatetic soul, Aylin has made four cross country moves in half as many years, with only her two cats and her roller skates in tow. First, she traded the wilderness of the Granite State for the beaches of Monterey Bay and then did a brief stint in heart of Cambridge's urban jungle writing for New Scientist. Unable to stay away from the #BestCoast, she moved back to California for a year of sand, sun, and freelancing in 2018. Now, she's taking on the Big Apple and doesn't plan on leaving any time soon.
Aylin loves to write about climate change, geoengineering, human evolution, primates, weird animals, barefoot running, and paleoanthropology. Debunking the science of science fiction is a secret passion, and she covers everything related to Greta Thunberg.
When not frantically meeting deadlines or interviewing sources, Aylin can be found on the nearest roller derby track or surfing the nearest beach. (from Internet)

This is the most comprehensive review I could find on the subject,
which I read recently, to dispute what WM is saying.
WM, if you haven't read it and care about what many scientists are saying,
you may care to do so.

Very well written based on the evidence, Dr Lee, I couldn't agree more!
But, then, why CCP vehemently refused to let outsider join to the investigation- still does as I know of!- to prove it is a pure rumor?
My gut feeling is CCP tries to hide some serious mishap, either intentional or accidental, involved to this NEW Corona virus and until CCP allows the outsiders to join to investigate it's origin, they are guilty!!!

P.S. It is easy to steal and sell the animal carcas used for the experiments at the lab for eating at the market especially they were exotic animal crazy gurmants seek for. Indeed in Korea, all the dead dogs at the animal hospitals are bought over by the merchant to resell at the dog meat restaurants to let the customers eat paying the high price, we all know too well!

Doc, if you don't want to pay attention to the politics and other non-medical circumstances,
please don't bother to make any opinions on this kinds of investigations.
You just become a hindrance to obtaining the truth in a matter like this.
If you trust everyone thinking that they are as honest as you are,
you are not qualified to make any opinion.
I have read the last article through the link given above.
This is another "super-dumb" article on which I wasted my time.
At near the end, the author says an idiotic statement, "...But focusing too much on
the lab-leak theory could ultimately be dangerous."
We should pay closer attention if there can be any leak into the society.
None of the six reasons make any definite answer or conclusion.
They are all just "wishful" thinkings for the reason of politics or stupidity.
At this coronavirus event, we should not trust Chinese researchers or communist regime.
If anyone of the Chinese says the truth, they will disappear.
There were actually a few unknown disappearances connected to the Wuhan virus event.

Regretfully, CCP controls every thing out of China as Big Brother, I confirmed so many times through my own experiences for decades, as Steve correctly pointed out!
So hard to accept its face value as they try to convince through the scientists as their mouth piece!
Unless independent investigation is allowed, no one would trust all these confusing statements.

Well, hold on for a while. This is the stupidest thing I ever heard.
This article is a pieced of shit!
What would the lab do when they knew they were going to be on a hot seat
and someone may be coming to search for the evicence?
They simply got rid of (or hide, or switch to another sample) the evicence.
It is as simple and easy as putting a piece of tissue paper in the garbage can.
What would you do if you get into this situation?
What the CCP (Chinese communist Party) would do in this situation
at the moment when they had been accused already and are going to get blamed
by all over the world?
DO YOU REMEMBER THESE ARE THE VERY SAME GUYS WHO PUNISHED
THE CHINESE DOCTOR FOR TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE NEW VIRUS?
Who the hell is "Aylin Woodward" in the Business Insider?
Is she a FUXXING IDIOT OR A WELL-PAID AGENT OF THE DAMN CCP?
Why didn't she say the possibility of cheating and sabotage in her article?
Equally stupid and naive are the people who try to believe this garbage !!
Please no kidding !! You guys trust communist regime??
HAVEN'T YOU BEEN JUST CHEATED BY 김정은?????
