As the planet warms up, there is fewer rains in a drought area

and more rains in the flooded area. So called Supercell dumps 

the rain of a few months in a few hours. In the meantime 

lakes are dried up in drought areas. Farmers are pumping the 

underground water that is accumulated for thousands of years

in decades. It will also run out. What shall we do?
