What the public believes:

North Korea has to give up nuclear weapons because rogue nation

will attack other nations with nukes. South Koreans strongly believe 

in it. Majority of Americans do. 

Reality:

NK will not use nukes first before other nations attack NK and 

 she became desperate, because retaliatory nuclear bombing by U.S. will 

destroy the entire NK to become ashes.

Then what is the problem?

Nuclear proliferation will make U.S. difficult to control other countries

like SK, Taiwan and Japan if they own nukes.

What’s the solution?

To pacify the public in SK, U.S. and Japan, gradual denuke matching 

easing sanctions. In the mean time NK will be recognized as legitimate 

nation and participate world economic activity. As NK plays in world 

stage, they will look like normal nation and public would not pay attention 

to NK denuke process as much. Hopefully regime change is quite possible 

if their economy gets better.
