that have grievances against western countries, by offering military resources 

and training, business alliances, financial aid and political propaganda.

러시아 재벌 Oleg Deripaska 는 요지음 영,미 미디어와 인터뷰하기에 바쁘다. 미국 정부가 그

가 운영하는 회사에 sanction을 가하자 이에 반발하여 최근에 미국정부를 고소 했기 때문이다.

한편 김정은은 하노이 미북회담 실패로 경제제재가 풀릴 가망이 희박해지자 러시아로 눈을 돌

린 것으로 보인다. 푸틴의 최근 행보를 보면 북한도 자기편으로 끌어 들여 미국을 괴롭하기 딱

좋은 어려운 처지에 놓인 나라이다. 데리파스카는 쌩숀 때문에 무려 7 billion dollar를 손해 봤

다고 주장하고 있다. 러시아의 재벌은 푸틴과 그 주위 권력층과 손익을 같이 할 정도로 정경유착 

이 심하다. 그의 손해는 곧 푸틴의 손해이다. 김정은 만난 후 트럼프에게 러시아 재벌 쌩숀해제를 

요구하고 이를 받아 주면 김정은을 토스해버릴 가능성이 보인다.
