정상적인 정부나 세력은 보복이 무서워서 핵무기를 사용하지 못하지만,

북한의 김정은은 정상적이 사람이 아니지요.

그자는 만일 자신이 정권을 잃게되는 상황에 빠진다면, 도저히 살수없음을 알기때문에,

(이것은 419 봉기에 이기붕 일가의 자살과 같은것이지요)

어차피 "너죽고 나죽자" 식으로 쉼게 핵무기를 주저하지 않고 쓸것이라고 생각합니다.

그때 전 서울은 지구상에서 없어질것입니다.

나중에 보복핵탄이 평양을 없애건 말건 이미 아무 소용없는 짓이지요.

전세계가 멀리서 완전히 초토화된 한반도를 보면서 "어... 그럴수도 있군 !" 하겠지요.

본인은, 유일한 한반도의 구제는 남한/미국이 북한을 선제공격하는것뿐이라고 생각하지요.

그 선제공격에 김정은을 살해하는 계획도 꼭포함되어 있어야합니다.

협상, 회담, Dialogue 등등은 상대방이 정상적인 사람일때 하는것이지,

미친놈을 상대로는 무슨 약속을 한들 아무 의미가 없다고 봅니다.

     B-52 bombers flew over South Korea in response to NK nuclear experiment. U.S. did this in 2013 (Bruce Cumings above).

     Ronald Reagon escalated arms race. Soviet ended up spending too much on defense. Consequently, the nation could not 

     maintain socialist's economy. The union demised. 

     Same principle can be applied to NK. Dr. Lee's posting, NY times article makes a lot of sense. Kim appears to be

     extremely irrational not because of him, but NK system that he tries to run. Actually  he is very clever.

      햋볕정책 is fundermtally wrong, because it clearly shows its objet to the enemy. In order to defeat the enemy, one must

      disguise its intention. Even in sports games, we do that all the time. When SK approached NK with Sun Shine policy,

      NK Kim's did not reject it. Instead, they met them and took the money and other aids. It was tactically very rational.

      But they did not take off the coat under sun shine.

      Rational system can not link with irrational system. SK and U.S.must try to change the regime to a talkable one.

      I just read the report that U.S. is trying to undermine Kim by sending radio's, computers, cell phones and

      intensify broad casting to NK people on Jungang Igbo. I think Obama's policy that "enduring current situation" until

      Kim's regime collapses is very rational one. Negotiations must wait until a rational leadership is established in NK.
