This study is a useful guide in preventing the disabling osteoarthritis.
It seems to bear out the truth of my career long preach to patients, that is,
cartiliages, ligaments, tendons, spine discs, tooth dentins, eye lenses, etc.,
which are the farthest reaches of the human circulation require vigorous
aerobic exercise to receive nutrients and oxygen to maintain or regenerate

Olympians are known to increase it by 10 folds.
A senior can increase it by 2-3 folds by a vigorous aerobics such as a brisk walking.
This study indicates that preventing the disabling osteoarthritis requires this much exercise
for one hour a week.
