Years ago I read some notes indicating that our machines such as cars do have thinking capabilities.

I had imagination years ago while I dwelled in a lake home with many old oak trees, and somehow I felt I was their friend.

My pen name is 우송, 友松, bestowed by 송담스님. I believe it meant to be a good friend to pine trees.

Why should it be limited to pines? I touched and even hugged the huge oak trees frequently and spoke to them whenever I wanted to.

I believed that I communicated with them. I believed they were thinking in their own ways.
