Through my eyes and recent history:
No, no... Japan could have changed its constitution if it wanted at any time.
But its people did not want it. They wanted to spend money only for their own economic advances.
In doing so, they tried to beat or steal American 패권 in the world.
They were actually successful in some industrial fields, such as electronics, automobiles, etc.
Remember, now, South Korea is doing the same. They took over the American or Japanese 패권,
in shipbuilding, constructions of bridges, tunnels, and high-rise buildings, semi-conductors,
TV, household electronics, etc. all over the world.
South Korea shall be very careful in doing so. They should go slow.
They shall not upset the U.S, Japan, or other European powers.
Japan has been staying away from its neighbor's war under the excuse of its constitution.
Yet, they have taken every advantage of the war without losing even a drop of their blood.
In the Korean and Vietnam wars, they only gave support that hugely enriched themselves.
Each time, at the cost of our blood, they got rich and fat. It was great fun for them.
Now, Red China is threatening Japanese territorial waters and they are trying to defend themselves
against possible military collisions. But it may be too late. Let them suffer. No sympathy from us.
Anyway, we do not have to worry about them. The U.S. will take care of it.
Note: What I wrote above did not come from my own creation. It's an innovation.
It was composed/imitated on the basis of YouTube commentators like JM Kim and others.
I learned it from their idea. Simply, by thinking like they do on their geopolitical views,
and applying their thinking technique to a different geopolitical subject in my writing.
Easy... a piece of cake... without any damn sophisticated credentials, studies, or degrees.
For a country surgeon, I must be crazy!
