After the uploading or even getting into "www.tumblr.com", you will see your pictures.
Just place your mouse cursor on the picture and right click.
Then, a bunch of menu items comes up.
Among them, left click on "Copy image address" (or similar phrase).
In a split second, the whole menu disappears, meaning that the copying execution has been done.
Also, it means that the address (URL) has been copied to the clipboard in your computer.
The clipboard with the URL is not visible to you at all. The clipboard or URL do not show but they are there.
You have to make it show by "pasting" it on something, such as notepad, any other word processors,
or at a blank space on your webpage editor or comment space that you are writing right now.
Only then, the saved URL will show.
If you copy another URL, the previous URL will disappear from the clipboard
and it will be replaced by the new item you just copied.
As long as you do not copy something else, the first URL (or anything that you copied) will stay invisible
on the clipboard and you can repeatedly use (or re-paste) it again and again.
The clipboard can hold only one copied item at one time.
I am sure you know the second phrase above and this third phrase already.
I am just repeating for your understanding of the process of copying and pasting.
PS: I wrote my article yesterday and the pictures are still there!!
It probably means they will stay there (for good?? and for free??).

When I did right click on a photo, here are menu items on my computer(window 8.1).
Search using copied text, save background as,set as background,
copy background,select all,all acceleration,create short cut,
add to favorites,view source,inspect elemrnt,encoding,print,
print preview,refresh,and properties.
None of them look fitting 'copy image address! KJ

You must be clicking on a picture in the wrong (or different) page.
Or you may be clicking somewhere outside of the picture itself .
Please make sure you go to the dashboard. If you don't get it, type below to go there.
There, you move up and down to find your photos.
Right click should show the menu I mentioned.
Possibly, your Windows 8.1 can be a problem. But I am not sure if we can blame it.
I have Windows 10 and my writing is based on it.
You must be using an ancient computer. However, that's your prerogative.

Thanks for your help!
This is the result. KJ
PS, My desktop is a few years old and I had a chance to install window 10, but I did not do at that time
due to some potential problems.

I am enrolled with my ID and PW. I opened tumblr, but couldn’t see my own images.
Shouldn’t I upload my existing pictures?
How can I upload them?

Probably WM is not available at this time.
I did this way, Sunbaenim!
Click 'photo' on the dashboard and click 'upload photos'.
You pick the photo stored in your computer and click open.
then the photo will show up on the dashboard and click 'post' on
right lower quadrant. you will see the photo on the dashboard.
right click on the photo and look for properties(my computer)
or 'copy image address'(WM) and click that to get URL.
I suggest you find the dimension of your original photo and adding
with width=" " height=" " for your choice when you make URL.
Hopefully, this would help you! Sunbaenim! KJ

It is a belated "thank you" note.
Now Tumblr.com works fine.
I had to be patient with Tumblr policy since it took a day or two before it allowed me to upload images.
Thank you, Dr. 황.

You are welcome! Sunbaenim!
I am glad you are able to utilize tumblr for URL.
Have a fun time in NYC. KJ
I have a free account at www.tumblr.com.
Here I uploaded three pictures above from my computer.
I obtained the URL from the tumblr and wrote image codes as below (as the actual examples).
<img width=800 src=https://66.media.tumblr.com/059ba2b3b4b76c8055930ecbba32fbb1/tumblr_pomx9rC36P1wf43hto1_1280.jpg>

<br>From Travel website<br><br>
The original image is larger or smaller than the width of 800 pixels but I put "width 800" to fit my webpage.
Otherwise, all html codes that I wrote are very simple standard image codes.
The URLs after the "src" is the actual URL I copied from Tumblr website.
Within the URL, you can see the original size of the pictures.
This means you can freely manipulate the size of the picture on my webpage.
And as my membership is free, it didn't cost me any to keep the pictures at www.tumblr.com.
Now, I do not know how long the pictures will stay on my webpage. Time will tell.
If you can see my pictures well on your screen and, also, if they stay visible for many days,
I assume you may be able to use "www.tumblr.com" as the storage place of your pictures.
No guarantee that the pictures will stay here forever.
