I have not tried it personally. I was afraid to break the bottle.
The info came from my old friend, a skiing buddy, Frank Robbins of Breckenridge, CO in my facebook column.
It could well be a joke, especially, when there is a comment at the end,
"Share this with your friends..."

This may well be a practical joke.
I just tried it honestly until my arm was tired a little.
And it did not work, at least not with me.
