We are in deep shit!
I can’t believe how it could happen here in the U.S. with so many brains leading the world science but all those shit heads make the Wuhan Virus condition here in the U.S. worse every day! We all know Idiot Donald learned only how to cheat and lie as we could anticipate with his half-developed brain – look his microcephalic looking skull with limited hindbrain space! -.
BUT, how in the world, not a single one of his government employees is capable to exercise normal brain function to think properly, including the CDC shamefully that I simply cannot swallow. Indeed, I highly regarded the CDC people as one of the best scientific teams capable to deal with such infectious disease based on the works I have done with Atlanta group for the endemic filariasis- caused lymphedema in South India for an over 5-year period in late ’90. They were really excellent and I learned a lot so that I invited the Atlanta people ( LeAnne M. Fox, M.D., M.P.H., DTM&H. Division of Parasitic Diseases and Malaria, Center for Global Health, Center for Diseases Control and Prevention, Atlanta, GA, USA) to write Epidemiology Chapter of my first edition of Lymphedema Compendium in early 2000 with such excellent feedback from the readers.
So, I can’t imagine how in the world such smart CDC people could screw up, missing such basic logic to make proper preparation for the WORST scenario we surgeons always do! No diagnostic test kids despite they had a LONG two- month period to prepare for? Glad those nerds didn’t become the surgeon and otherwise, they would have killed the patients on the OR table every day! As said, a duck is a duck, no matter whether it is too big or too small, ugly or beautiful, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and sounds like a duck! So, they lost the one and only chance to get it right done on time. Now what? Starting all over again to develop more reliable (?) test kit while the disease spreads every minute in exponential rate throughout the country? I simply cannot get it with my logic how the hell they could screw such fundamental thing, period!
Further, I can no longer stand to listening to Anthony Fauci’s half-dead voice, barely expressing one simple fact: ‘Government screwed up!” in thousand words with the fear to be fired by Bastard Donald. I don’t know him personally though his Division NIAID building was right across our Immunology Research building then I know he has such reputation as a scholar for decades but sadly he now ruined his reputation to become one of Donald’s ass licking clans. Why the hell he couldn’t dare to speak out saying ‘those fucking bastards screwed up!’.
I admit we need stupid peoples as well to let the smart people do the smart things by all means as my mentor David Hume cautioned me when I complained about the toll collector of James River ‘Nickel Bridge right across the MCV Hospital. One old man sitting in the booth to collect one nickel then as a toll to cross the bridge held everyone in the busiest morning hour wasting additional time to ask a bunch of stupid questions to each passerby, ‘good morning, how are you this morning? take it easy. enjoy the weather, etc, etc’ to have made me so frustrated. Dr. Hume responded to my complaint with ‘BB, would you do that boring job, day in day out like he does? You should be glad to have such people less smart than you to do the thing you wouldn’t’. This simple caution shut up my complaints.
So, I accept such stupid people as the necessity in this world to make me remain smart as Dr. Hume said but the CDC people do such a stupid thing? God forbids!

Couldn't agree more with what Marty Makary estimates! Perhaps more to reach to the millions according to our epidemiologists. We simply don't know. Some rumor I heard yesterday was Bastard Trump did NOT allow the test kits ready so that they cannot test/find cases but keep the numbers low to help him reelected! So, still NOT ENOUGH test kits YET!!!!
We will have a special Department meeting this afternoon with new Dean -using the room for 250 people to keep enough social distancing among the staffs - , but giving an exception to the super-seniors like me, in regard to reduce the elective surgery to make the room for the Coronavirus cases and postpone the clinic indefinitely for the follow-up cases.

Today's Update- To keep faculty & staff apprised of COVID-19-related developments, there will now be a daily email update at 3 pm.
- In order to align with “social distancing” principles and protect both staff and patients, clinical departments, under the leadership of department chairs and PGAs, are evaluating patient appointments and rescheduling “elective” patient clinic visits for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week. Each department chair will be working with faculty to decide which visits can be considered “elective” while PGAs are leading staff in rescheduling these as appropriate. All rescheduled appointments should be documented using the cancellation reason “COVID-19”
- A multi-specialty task force has developed a clinical protocol for physicians and advanced providers. Please find this protocol attached here.
- Note that physicians and advanced practitioners are asked to use these protocols and their clinical judgment to decide whether or not to test. Peer consult resources are available using TigerConnect (“MFA COVID-19 Consult”)Progress Report
- Leadership will continue to monitor the situation and provide guidance about “elective” clinic visits scheduled for later next week
- We are updating employee protocols – expect to see new protocols by Monday
- We continue to work with our vendors to secure PPE supplies during this nationwide shortage and urge all faculty and staff to be judicious about their use of these items
- We are evaluating our screening/testing configuration and exploring options to move from the lobby of 2150 Pennsylvania Ave to a more suitable location
- A team is working to create telemedicine options to provide care to patients

This Ethiopian was elected by the support of Chinamen. He now further sheepishly endorses the suspicion/rumor Chinamen spread, on the source of Coronavirus, originated from elsewhere likely from the U.S., can you imagine?
This bastard lavishly congratulated Emperor Xi’s visit to Wuhan to declare successful management of the crisis, and then turned around declaring ‘pandemic’, blaming others?
