Brahms의 Hungarian Dances는 미국의 Ragtime발전에 영향을 주었읍니다. 최초의 American Opera 인" Treemonisha"의 작곡가며 Ragtime 작곡가인 Scott Joplin이 어렸을때 Piano를 가르첬던 German-American 음악 선생의 역활을 보면 알수있읍니다.
