거의 전부가 민주당 지지자들이기 때문이다. 정부를 적자 없이 운영하는 것을 당의 생명 처럼 생각하는 GOP 집권자들의,  국민 건강의 근본인 물에 드는
돈을 절약하여,  정부 예산을 맞추려는 졸렬한 정책의 결과이다.  납 중동에 걸린 6세이하의 어린아이들을 이들은 어떻게 책임질 것인가?
세계 최강의 군대를 가지고 있고 최고의 부를 자랑하는 미국에 어떻게 이런일이 생길수 있단 말인가?
반 기문 사무 총장은 즉각 유엔 조사단(?)을 파견해서 진상조사를 해야 할것이다.
