Thanks for the wonderful poem.
As an avid mountain-lover, I agree with your kind loving thoughts toward mountains.
I always thought about them in terms of rocks, sceneries, and forbidding grandness.
I love them in the context of their magnificence and toughness.
I've seldom thought about them in the small warm loving details and "motherly" natures you wrote.
I guess, obviously, you see from a different directions than I do.
As I am getting into the old age, I should abandon my old views and then go with your directions.
Anyway, everything you said are so much true even today,
and they will be doing the same almost forever into the future, long after we all pass away.
Just wonder why you used past participle (or tense) sentences.
Is there some special meaning in them?
Of course, they are wonderful as they are and I know it's a poem.
Just curious...
