After the impeachment

I was in a meeting last evening.

During the meeting, we were informed that the impeachment went through.

Feeling the taste of bitterness in our mouths, we all got depressed and silent.

All of us felt a helpless loneliness like a hell for a long time.

Will we be the homeless orphans in another continent?

After returning home late, I watched the entire video of the court proceeding.

I am not sure if this is a step toward a better and stable South Korea

or a new regression into a starving communist region in Asia.

Is this a change for the better or worse?

However, the fight is not over.

There will be the election for a new president within 60 days.

The people in South Korea will determine their fate whatever that will be.

They will be the ultimate beneficiaries or victims of their thoughts and actions.

I do not know now and do not dare to speculate what they will be.

The fate is theirs to chose.
