스톡홀름 북·미 실무협상이 결렬된 뒤 북한은 “미국이 빈손으로 협상장에 나왔다”는

짤막한 메시지를 남겼다. 미국 측이 “(우리는) 창의적인 방안들을 제시했으며 북한 측

협상단과 좋은 대화를 나눴다”고 주장하자 북한은 미국이 정치적으로 북·미 관계를

악용했다고 반박했다. 무슨 문제가 생긴 것일까.
