China Scorns "Comfort Wome" Deal(Wall Street Journal, 12/30/2015)

A day after Seoul and Tokyo reached an agreement over the issue, China's foreign ministry issued a statement:

During the Second world war, japanese militarism forcefully recruited comfort women across China.
They have commited a grave crime. We urge the Japanese side to take seriously the concerns of the relevant
parties and deal properly with the issue.

Chinese writer, Liu Xinda psoted in the internet:

You can compensate South Korean comfort women, but when it comes to Chinese comfort women, you renege your
debt. They are all comfort women; on what ground do you draw distinctions beteen them?

Governments of US, Japan and South Korea may be in alliance.  But Chinese government and people are with Korean people!
I would like to say that US and Japan failed on the deal.
