미·중 갈등 속 마찰 최소화하려면 분명한 원칙 세워야
강대국 상대할 때 최후의 방패는 행동의 정당성 확보
우리 원칙은 민주주의·시장경제·인권 등 보편적 가치
미·중과의 마찰 회피에 급급하다간 나라가 왜소해져
북핵·한반도 문제도 중재자 아닌 당사자 자격으로 임해야

Majority of South Koreans do not believe in that NK will give up her nuclear weapons. 
But they adamantly oppose to recognize NK as nuclear nation. They think that denuke 

must be the prerequisite for SK-NK exchange and peace treaty. Americans are not much 

different from S. Koreans. U.S. intitiated sanctions are failing to make NK give up NW.

SK should begin to put SK-NK exchange first before NK denuke. SK government has to initiate campaign

to change world wide public opinions as it put forward the policy change.
