After senators vote to drop incitement to insurrection charge, top Republican warns ex-president still liable and ‘didn’t get away with anything yet’

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, a former ally of Trump who has blamed him for the insurrection, also warned Saturday the ex-president could be prosecuted in the future. He stressed that while Congress has exhausted its avenues for punishing Trump, the US justice system has not.

“President Trump is still liable for everything he did while he was in office,” McConnell said. “He didn’t get away with anything yet.”

Why the fuck the peoples keep calling this mother fucker 'president'? I can't stand it!

Trump has no friends now except a bunch of miserable red necks. He will go to jail for sure.

But Trump still has a useful life left. Let him run for president in 2024 for the Republican Party.

Nothing much for me to say if you carry so much respect for Trump.

If there are so many people like you, Trump may not have to go jail. Too bad.

I just forgot that Giuliani is still left behind to help Trump to be the president in 2024. ㅎ, ㅎ, ㅎ.

At the end of the day, the brief appearance of Donald Trump in the history of America will be

a blessing in disguise for the Korean Americans as well as for the other immigrants in the U.S.
