  Guest Room Reservation Information:

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is offering the following room rates for all SNUCMAA attendees:

Reservation Dates: January 20-22, 2012

Single occupancy: $169 per night*Continental breakfast is included in room rate*
Double occupancy: $176 per night*Continental breakfast is included in room rate*

Registration dead line is 12/12/2011.
After 12/12/2011 regular room rate of $289 will apply.

§ Same Rates will apply for Pre & Post Convention
(3 days before/after the Convention –
Continental breakfast is included in room rate).

§ Jan 29-30: $155/night for single or double occupancy (Breakfast not included) –

Go online www.grandcypress.com Once there click on Golf Club, then, click on book tee times. The Attendee will be able to pick which course and time that you like. In that same area there is a box for Promo code. That code is SNUCMAA40.

  Arrival and Departure Information:

Please make an early flight reservation on Friday January 20, 2012

*The delegate meeting will begin at 4:00 P.M. on Friday
with the dinner program (Class Reunion & Talent Show) at 7:00 P.M.*

**Even though the Cruise ship arrives at 6:00 A.M. atPort Canaveral,
please try to refrain from making a morning flight reservation
for Sunday January 29, 2012**

Preferably after 1:00 P.M. flights are recommended.

  Transportation:

From Hotel to Cruise Ship: On Jan 22 (Sunday) transportation will be provided - 12:00 P.M.
From Cruise Ship to Hotel: On Jan 29 (Sunday) transportation will be provided.
From Cruise Ship to Airport: Personal arrangement (Information will be available later).
