You are right.
Both teams are equally matched offensively as well as defensively.
Neither team is big favorite, but isn't it fun to bet?
6 24pm now and THE GAME will be on a few minutes! Enjoy it! KJ

An uncharacteristic Tom Brady mistake led to the earliest safety in Super Bowl history.
After a Steve Weatherford punt pinned the New England Patriots back to their 5-yard line, Brady dropped back to pass on the Patriots' first offensive snap. New York's famed four-man rush got pressure on the two-time Super Bowl MVP, so Brady threw the ball 50 yards to the center of the field to avoid a sack.

Because no receiver was in the area, officials ruled it intentional grounding. The Super Bowl safety was a rarity, as was intentional grounding being called on a deep pass thrown to the middle of the field.

New York led 2-0 early in the first quarter. It was the sixth safety in Super Bowl history but only the second time in Super Bowl history that such a score has been on the scoreboard. In Super Bowl IX, a second-quarter sack by the Pittsburgh Steelers gave them a 2-0 lead over the Minnesota Vikings.
.... The above from internet.
Tom played too safe. He got carried away as we amateur golfers always do.
What a drive by Tom Brady from goal line to goal line.
He is a cool cat. He certainly didn't disappoint me in the first half.

When Giants got safety, I knew it is tough to make 3 point difference
between these 2 great teams,I predicted.
Brady's last drive before half time was quite impressive enough to be
optimistic for Patriots.
Thanks for your input. KJ

Observation as of the end of 3rd. quarter.
1. Madonna's half time show was disappointed as well as those expensive commercials.
2. patiots' red zone defenses were impressive so far.
3. Whoever eliminating turnover and having good last drive in last quarter would have good
chance to be the champion. KJ

Observation of Super bowl XLVI
1. Giants(The youth) prevailed. 21-17
2. Differences of last drives made the diffence of the outcome.
Manning succeded long 37yard pass, but Brady's 2 recevers
dropped 2 passes at the crucial time.
3. What if : If Brady succeeded the last hail mary pass(it was close)
Patriots won as I predicted, 24-21,ha,ha.
4. Best commercial was Hyundai's commercial with a little bias.
5. Eli Manning was MVP and that was well deserved honor and
at last he could brag to his brother Peyton. Drive carefully your
new Corvette,Eli! KJ

1. Watched Phoenix Open at Scottsdale, AZ. Total purse; $6,100,000.
Kyle Stanley won his first PGA Tour and took home $1.098,000.
He's 25 years old and cried over his first victory.
John Huh(do you know him?), 21 years old, made 12th place and
took home $128,000. He is living in LA, they say.
2. Watched Superbowl XLVI, reluctantly through half time. 'Cause I'm
not a football fan. After Madonna's spectacular performance, went
to bed with image of 54 years old Madonna. And Giants Won!
PS; a) This dumb "Dol-pa-ri" learned XL in Latin means 40.
b) My afterthought; America won't be another Roman Empire.
Why?(to be continued in the near future)

I did not watch Phoenix open yesterday due to Superbowl, but
I am really happy for Kyle Stanley.
As you know he has bounced back from one of the most disatrous
melt down from 3 strokes ahead at 18th hole last week. After all
Speaking about John Huh, I do not know him,but according to internt,
he is 2nd generation like Kevin Na and 21 years old from LA.
He was born in your city,NY,NY and he became pro in 2008 at age of
17. Best luck to him in PGA tour. KJ
My prediction is Patriots will beat Giants by the score of 24-21 with a little bias.
I always think the defense is the key of any sports in crucial game, but
defenses of both teams are pretty comparable,I think, therefore I have to go
to Quarterbacks.
I have to go to the experience (T. Brady) over the youth (E.Manning). KJ
GO! PATRIOTS!
