Kim will turn into China and Russia as the economic sanctions squeezing NK economy.

But China is on trade negotiation with U.S. and U.S has been using it for China not to 

break U.N sanctions. Korean papers are reporting Kim and Putin will meet soon. Russia

may leverage it for U.S. sanction against Russia that was applied during Obama administration. 

Regardless, I do not think Kim will give up his entire nuclear arsenals. At the same token he will

never fire it against any country including SK unless NK is attacked and ran out all other resources. 

Any enemy against NK would be hard pressed to attack NK first because NK has nuclear capability.
