For the first time since Affirmed in 1978, a horse swept the Triple Crown races. American Pharoah became the 12th horse to accomplish the feat.

I lived a substantial part of my life in Kentucky, not far away from the "Churchill Downs."
I wasn't a horse-race-gambler but I know a thing or two in horse racings.
I used to ride horses when I had free time during the resident training in Kentucky.
My love on horses unfortunately ended when I found that my daughter was critically allergic to horses.
This article was written really well. It fills me with an emotion as if I was there.
The author Joe Drape did a good job of expressing the emotions of the horse-loving people
and bringing the exact emotional atmosphere in the horse racing.
I am sorry I missed the moment of the "Triple Crowns".
I was doing something else that was equally important to me.
