I am not Aristole (who lived short period of his life, 384 to 322 BC),
But if I define 'Happiness' in my way, it's 'Contentment'.
In other words, 'Happiness' is when 'I Feel Good'.
Examples of The Moments of 'Feeling Good'
1. When I listen to the music while I'm driving Alone

2. When I hear the news about Ivanka
- and I see her on my screen

(Pursuit of Happiness; Epicurus)
Dr. Bang’s thought about happiness is close to Epicurian happiness.
Aristotle’s idea about happiness had been reflected in the life of puritans
and confucious. We might say that people who are in the modern countries
belong to Epicurians.
