저는 아직도 국민학교때 배운 국민보건체조를 매일 아침 하고 있는데 새천년 건강체조는 golden age 에 하기에는 좀 어려울것 같군요. -

국민체조
새천년 건강체조는 yoga, tai-chi, kickbox 와 국민체조 등 여러가지 종합체조 인가 봅니다.

방선생님,
Stretching 도 자주 계속하면 flexibilty 가 improve 됩니다.
방선생님 golf game에도 도움이 될거구요. -

I'll keep in my mind your advice,but I usually
hit the ball without any pre-game stretching,
nor practice swing.PS; I wanted to Surprise you by writing Chinese
character, "Wang(king)" when I saw Abdominal
muscles of the woman exercise demonstrators,
but I couldn't.The other day my new computer crashed for some
reason(virus?) and when it was restored I found
I lost lots of funtions including switching back and
forth between English and Korean.
I have to call my son again to fix it. This is the second
time my computer crashed in 6 weeks.
Believe or not, Chomee-nim,
computer is the real cause of My Headache!
