I wrote this poem in 1975, two years after we bought our first home, four years after I went into a private practice, ten years after I came to America, when my three children's ages were 8, 6 and 4, and their names are Harkmore, Ada and Philmo.
They are now 38, 35 and 34.

"walks miles in the park" - Your original says "walk miles..." that may read right(?).
But I guess the writer is the only one who would know what he meant.

A little ad lib... to be more faithful to your book. You wouldn't mind?

고마운 마음 가득하고 한편으론 부끄럽기도 하지요.
