It is obvious that many doctors and their official guidelines failed 

in providing their patients a safe way to quit antidepressants.

Only now doctors realize how important it is to do it as slowly as you can

even by breaking the capsules to decrease the dosage by as small amount as possible 

and by taking the longest time.

I personally believe that this should apply to all psychotropic medications.
