I do not practice some kind of "specific" exercises for the knees,
such as what's shown at the picture in the above article.
As you may know, there are plenty of Physical therapists or the practitioners of rehabilitation medicine,
and etc. I really don't think they do anything worthwhile.
They are there to charge people (make money) for their dubious medical practice.
If you want to keep your knee in good shape, just move around and run an active life as much as you can.
You do not need any damn "therapies".
Just take care of yourself well. If you stay with them too long, you will certainly become a "병신" for sure.
